Regular delegate registration fee covers the cost of the conference venue, conference program book and proceedings, conference meeting/poster rooms renting, coffee/tea breaks, conference banquet, and lunches during the conference.
Student delegate registration fee covers the cost of the conference venue, conference program book and proceedings, conference meeting/poster rooms renting, coffee/tea breaks, and lunches during the conference. Student payment does not include a banquet; banquet can be purchased at the price of $65USD/each.
Accompany person registration payment includes coffee/tea breaks, conference banquet, and lunches during the conference.
Multiple abstract submissions will be accepted; however, one registration is limited to two presentations. Registration for each additional presentation is $300 or a co-author will need to register and present.
Please note that each accepted paper/abstract (with registration paid) can only be presented once in one form (oral or poster), or in both forms (oral and poster).
The registration fee DOES NOT cover the traveling fee, hotel fee and paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Cancellations or requests for refunds on and before August 31st 11:59 PM Pacific time are available and are subject to a handling fee charged by the payment service provider, we refund what we receive at this time period. Refunds will be issued back to whatever payment method that the payer initially used to make the payment.
From September 1st, 2022 to Septebmer 15th, 2022, cancellations or requests for refunds are still acceptable with a non-refundable 65USD/500RMB charge for banquet booking and are subject to a handling fee charged by the payment service provider.
Registrations cannot be canceled or refunded after September 15th, 2022. According to BMBME/hotel policy, all meal events (including reception, lunches, and banquet) require preregistration and payment.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of official cancelation with written notice and proper documentations (email is acceptable).
